Macadamia Cocktail

mac-olada 

50ml macadamia gin
40ml ruby grapefruit juice
5ml lime juice
30ml 2-1 honey syrup
20ml coconut cream
rosemary sprig

muddle rosemary in a cocktail shaker before shaking all ingredients. double strain into a chilled coupe. garnish with rosemary leaves.

Oh the Macadamia

This gin is spectacular. I’m partial as I do enjoy everything Applewood releases. I’m a big fan of Australian botanicals and do like the limited releases. This should be a definite addition to your gin collection. It’s light, mildly nutty and way too easy to drink! Well done team Applewood!
