The Martini
Join one of our talented team members on an hour-long excursion through the History and Science of this iconic drink, accompanied by a flight of three Vermouths, three unique Martini serves, and a Grazing Plate to complement your Juniper Journey!
The Martini Masterclass Experience is priced at $50 per person and includes;
- 1 Hour Martini Masterclass with one of our Cellar Door Staff
- Exploration of History and Evolution of Gin, Vermouth, and Cocktails
- Flight of 3 Unico Vermouths (~0.5 std Drinks)
- Flight of 3 Mini Martinis (~1.5 std Drinks)
- Locally-Sourced Snacking Plate (Gluten-Free)
The Martini Masterclasses are held at our Gumeracha Cellar Door, every Thursday at 3pm. Spaces are limited to 10 people per week and booking is essential.

Group Bookings
We can accommodate almost any group, but will need advance notice to prepare food and staff to cater. Call or email us to book for your group of ten or more.
