A powerful and rich Australian gin, punctuated by elegant smoked Davidson plums. Layers of spice and citrus are surrounded by a juicy, smoky core and accented by an earthy, confected base of wattleseed and cacao.

An experimental smoked gin, with macerated Davidson plums which were smoked over Red River gum, made exclusively for Byrdi. 

How We Drink It

Perfect in a bold and memorable Negroni or in a juicy highball, garnished with rosemary.
