A collaboration with an exceptional premium floating event space - the MV Catalina hailing from Noosa - the land of the sessionable beverage and sundowners. This is our artistic exploration in a summer-time Gin - with softened Juniper expression and emphasised Mango, Coconut and native Australian Cut Leaf Mint notes.

30ml Fresh Lemon Juice

15ml Sugar Syrup

60ml Soda

Build over ice - stir gently - garnish with fresh basil and slice of lemon
