CAPTURING THE CALMING AURA OF A EUCALYPT FOREST, WE HARNESSED HIGH TONED PEPPERMINT GUM TO STAR IN THIS DISTILLATION, COMPLIMENTED WITH LEMON MYRTLE, CHAMOMILE AND ROSE FOR FLORALITY, DANDELION ROOT, SAGE AND A DOUBLE DOSE OF JUNIPER TO FORM THE BASE NOTES - A GIN OF TREMENDOUS CLARITY.

15ml suze

30ml lime juice

15ml sugar syrup

2 dashes absinthe

soda

shake all ingredients and strain into tall glass filled with ice. top with soda and garnish with mint leaf.
