strength 43% abv volume: 500ml

serving suggestion: mix with good quality dry tonic and garnish with lemon peel and wild thyme or lemon thyme

60ml applewood gin

30ml fresh lime juice

15ml sugar syrup

shaken over ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

South Australia’s Best Gin

I’ve tried all the local gins available in SA and I can officially say that Applewood is my favourite. The flavour is on point, the botanicals are beautiful and it’s easy to drink!
