Here at Applewood Distillery in Adelaide, South Australia, we use only the finest native flora to create a unique flavoured gin that speaks of our city. Our core range of spirits offers a wide variety of flavours to choose from, each one crafted with native botanicals from this continent that evolved in complete isolation for millenia.
Our sustainable method of production brings out the best flavours the Australian landscape has to offer in all of our gins and liqueurs without creating a lasting impact on the environment.

Our core pack includes a 500 ML bottle of each of our three signature gins. Each distinct flavour is inspired by unique and native Australian ingredients, encouraging local farmers to increase the production of native species of flora.
From our coral reef inspired gin made with strawberry gum, riberries and karkalla to the intense flavour of our juniper, yuzu and desert lime crafted navy, distilling gin is an art that we take very seriously.
We’re passionate about our gin, and we’re always thinking of new ways to use authentic native ingredients to create a spirit that honours the indigeneous peoples of our region.
